Unused or damaged non-metal items can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of billing.
IMPORTANT: Metals and metal products such as solder cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once the order has been processed, i.e., once the checkout button has been activated. These items have been specifically cut just for you. So be REALLY SURE that you are ordering the correct items. We will be really sure they are well protected for shipping.
A note about tools: Most of the tools sold on this site are made in India, China, or Pakistan. Actually, a large percentage of tools sold by established companies in the U.S. and overseas are made in these countries. Quality of tools is always a concern. After years of testing, we have found that the items offered on this site work just fine and the prices are perfect for students. EGGM tests as many tools as possible before shipping. We also work with importers and instructors to look for and test new tools. If you do receive a defective tool, please contact us immediately (eggmenterprises@earthlink.net).
